Day 01: Guwahati – Shillong (100 KM | 3 HRS)
Welcome to Awesome Assam. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Shillong, also called ‘Scotland of the East”. Reach the majestic Umium Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Evening you can visit Police Bazaar which the biggest local market. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 02: Shillong – Laitlum Canyons -Krang Suri Falls – Cherrapunji (180 KM)
After breakfast we proceed to Laitlum Canyons for some breathtaking views. We then visit Krang Suri Falls. It is one of the best waterfalls in Meghalaya. You can also swim in a naturally formed pool here. You can also go behind the waterfall and see the water falling in front of you. Proceed to Cherrapunji. Stay overnight in Cherrapunji
Day 03: Cherrapunji- Dawki – Mawlynnong Village – Cherrapunji ( 70 KM | 2 Hrs Per Way)
After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Village the cleanest village in India. This cute and colorful little village is known for its cleanliness. It is situated 90 kms. from Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the Living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Visit Dawki, It is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. You can enjoy boating in the crystal clear waters of the Umgnot River. Evening we will return back to Cherrapunji. Overnight in Cherrapunji.
Day 04: Cherrapunji-Shillong(65 KM | 1.5 hrs)
Morning after breakfast drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, NohkalikaiFalls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Evening drive to Shillong. Stay overnight in Shillong.
Optional – We proceed for a full day trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat Village. We have to trek down 3200 steps approximately each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge. We can further trek down to the Rainbow Falls which take about 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
Note: If you want to explore the double decker living root bridge at that time you can extend for 1 Night or you can skip Cherrapunji local sightseeing.
Day 05: Shillong Local Sightseeing
Today we will explore Shillong City. Visit Don Bosco museum, Wards lake-where you can enjoy boating too, cathedral of merry, Lady hydary park and polo ground. Evening leisure. Stay overnight in Shillong.
Day 06: Shillong – Mawsynram – Mawphlang Sacred Forest – Shillong ( 60 KM)
After breakfast visit Mawsynram which as per the new geological reports receives the highest rainfall in the world. The area is known for its many caves. Later visit Mawphlang Sacred Grove. It is one of the biggest Sacred Groves in Meghalaya.It is a well preserved forest by local community. Nothing can be taken out from the forest as this is being protected by the local deities. Visit Khasi model village. Evening return to Shillong. On the way to Shillong visit Elephant falls. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 07: Shillong – Guwahati-Departure (100 KM | 3 HRS)
After breakfast today Proceed to Guwahati. Enroute visit Kamakhya temple -one of the most prominent Shakti pithas of India. Later drive to Guwahati airport for onward journey. Tour concludes with memories.

About Hotel:

Payment Policy:
1) Any booking is confirmed by depositing an advance payment @ 50% amount of the total cost of the Package, after that company will process the booking.
2) Balance Payment has to be made in advance before 10 days of the tour date.
3) Payments can be remitted through NEFT/ RTGS/ Net Banking any of the following modes and is subject to realization.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
• 72 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
